I’m Sudha Padmaja. I studied Aeronautical Engineering and began my career with Kingfisher Airlines. Then I joined Tata AIA Life Insurance with no experience in insurance at all.
Everything was new, but I wasn’t afraid to start. I learned step by step, faced the challenges, and grew. Today I have recruited and mentored 1,000+ advisors and leaders, helping them build careers and become financially independent. As Founder of Laxmi Sai Associates, that is now my work every day.
